Too Bad: Anthony Okpotu - There’s a lot of pressure on Okpotu at the CHAN, with the Lobi Stars man the Eagles’ chief attacking threat following Salisu Yusuf’s decision to drop Kingsley Eduwo and Siriku Olatunbosun from the squad. On this showing, it may have been a mistake. Okpotu didn’t have too much service, but his stature means he’s not a viable option for a long-ball game, while Rwanda largely negated his pace. Okpotu remains a fine player, but on this evidence, there’s a danger that Yusuf has left the Eagles a little short.
